The Weekly Days and Times Selection Schedules
Starting from the Free Trial Class
Starting any course with us starts with a free trial class to evaluate the performance of our Online Teaching. For this, you have to inform us about your availability according to your time zone and day. We will schedule a free trial class on a day and time of your choosing. After that, you can judge the quality of our educational services and start proper classes with the Weekly Days and Times Selection Schedules. You also have to decide whether to take one-on-one classes or Family Members Group Classes.
Select Weekly Days from Schedules:
Normally, we offer a Minimum of 1 day a week class to a Maximum of 5 days a week classes, to our students. The Weekly classes selection decision depends on the Parents, Guardians, and the student themself, on how many classes they want to take per/week. So after a successful Trial Session, you have to let us know how many classes you want to take, for instance, follow the Chart:

After completing the day’s selection per/week, the next step is Time selection.
One-On-One Classes: Maximum and Minimum Time:
The Minimum and Maximum times of One-On-One Online Classes vary according to the Course Plan. Normally, the time of Online Classes consists of a Minimum Time is 30 minutes and a Maximum Time is 45 Minutes. On the request of the Parents or Guardians, sometimes we extend the time till 45 to 60 minutes, but not more than that. But in Some Courses, for Instance, Tafseer needs some extra time, but there is no fixed time limit allocated for this.
- Each Class Session = 30 Minutes to 45 Minutes
- Break between sessions = No, (But depends on the Student’s Nature)
- Group size = 1-on-1 Only (Only 1 Student)
Group Classes: Maximum and Minimum Time:
With our extensive experience, we suggest you avoid choosing this plan. There are too many reasons, for instance, maybe one student causes the disturbing to other students during the class, creating noise, and many other reasons. But group classes also have many advantages, for example, other students do not have to wait, and all studying at the same time. Furthermore, the group class fee is also lower.
- Each Class Session = 60 Minutes to 120 Minutes (Depends on Number of Students)
- Break between sessions = Yes (Will be decided after Admission)
- Group size = Minimum 2 and Maximum 5 Students
Class Time Selection According to International Time Zone Support
As we said above the each Class Session’s Total time is a Minimum of 30 and a maximum of 45 minutes. The Shia Seminary also provides flexible class times according to the students’ country time zones. The Time selection for classes depends on Parents, Guardians, and Students themself, on what time they want to select. You have to inform us about the days per/week with time, and we will provide a slot with an expert Tutor.

Custom Selection of Weekly Days and Times Plans Available:
For the convenience of those people who are too busy much in their work, we create ease for them, so that they can choose their custom days and time. The custom days and time selection is not difficult; you can share with us your weekly days and time schedule at the start of the week. If you want to change the time on a daily basis, in that case you can let us know your time before the 2 hours of class time selection, so that we can inform the teacher to be ready.
