Shia Seminary Teachers’ Terms and Conditions
The institution is always striving to promote high-quality education. We expect the same from our teachers. The institution does not compromise on high-quality education because it is a question of perpetuation the children of the coming generation. In order to improve the quality of Quran and Islamic education, the institution has formulated some principles for the teachers, which must be adopted by teachers of our institution. The terms and conditions of the teachers are as follows:

Shia Seminary Informs their all teachers, please ensure that you will follow the following Teachers Terms and Conditions and never goes against.
- Be punctual.
- Complete the scheduled class time.
- Never be lazy during class.
- Avoid falling asleep during class.
- Never use mobile phones during class.
- Never teach a class in noisy places or in the company of friends.
- Never use bad words or abuse language during class.
- Do not share any unnecessary pictures and videos in screen sharing.
- Avoid sharing personal data. (such as numbers, emails, pictures, videos).
- Inform the institution in case of trouble from the student.
- Talking loudly with any student is prohibited.
- In case of an emergency, inform the institution at least 1 hour before the class, so that the availability of a substitute teacher can be confirmed. (It will be mandatory to inform the institution. Otherwise, a backup class will have to be given, or the day will not be counted.
- In case of a complete leave, inform at least 1 day in advance. , so that the availability of a substitute teacher can be confirmed. (It will be mandatory to inform the institution. Otherwise, a backup class will have to be given, or the day will not be counted.
- In case of any technical failure, such as (internet, app, or laptop not working), inform immediately. (So that an alternative solution can be found)
- In case of leaving the class without a reason and not informing (2 days will not be counted).
- Please, all teachers are requested to inform the institution immediately in case of any absence or emergency, or technical failure.
- It is necessary to act according to the instructions give;, otherwis,e deductions will be made.
