-
First of all, you should have a Good Device, like a PC, a Laptop, a Tablet, or a Mobile. Additionally must have Good Internet Connectivity speed. After all of that, it depends on the Instructions of the Parents, guardians, or students themself that which software they want to use for taking Online Classes. After Skype is turned down, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Google Meet, and Zoom are mostly used in online classes.
-
If the problem is on the Institute’s side, we are responsible for rescheduling the class or covering it with a make-up class. On the contrary, if the problem is on your side, the institute will be responsible only if you inform us before the required time. There are many reasons for this, for example, the teacher will not wait, another student will be studying during your time slot, and your class will be scheduled in the next class. If the problem is still not resolved and you have informed the institute, then in that case the institute will give you a make-up class. In case of non-information, the institute will not be responsible because the teacher will have completed their time waiting for you to come online.
Note: If a Technical Issue arises during the Online Class, in this case we will notice and mark the issue and try to provide a 100% solution.
